Philosophy: You shouldn't have to feel that you need to get in shape to show up at the gym. You shouldn't have to feel that it's too late to get in shape, or you can't do it. You shouldn't feel that you're too old, too young, too disabled, too tired or too busy. Every single person can benefit from a fit and healthy lifestyle, and there is a different formula for every person to achieve every goal.


SHOULD YOU WORK OUT WITH ME?

I can work with you no matter your fitness goals, level, gender or age*. My only requirements are a desire to adapt a new, healthier lifestyle and the willingness to work for it. I can work with you for just a few sessions or to train for specific, long-term goals.

BS - Skidmore College

MAT - Sacred Heart University

CFT (certified fitness trainer) - International Sports Sciences Association

(12/10) SFN/SET (specialties in fitness nutrition and *exercise therapy) - International Sports Science Association

*exercise therapy is not physical therapy - I am here to help you keep that strength you gained through physical therapy. If you have, or think you may have an injury, please see your doctor before beginning any fitness program! Certain factors may require you to obtain permission from your physician to begin a workout program with me- we'll discuss this when we meet for your free fitness evaluation!
